Working with Goodman Fox on a new career website for Penguin Random House Publishing Company was a rewarding experience. Project kicked off with stakeholder interviews, followed by user interviews and market research. During weekly sprints with the client, work in progress was always on the table. Agency and stakeholders were informed of key findings. All were given opportunity to discuss design and alterations.
I prepared user flows, personas, task metrics and moodboards. Every decision in the design was backed by knowledge and research, so the team felt confident their new site satisfies the brief.
Finally I prepared detailed wireframes for every key page of site. I used mobile-first approach, as we understood many start their job hunt on mobile devices.
