








I was commissioned by a startup to create a new app. The project was a true demonstration of agile development, in a good way. From an early stage we had a prototype which I continually challenged and tested in various situations with a variety of mobile-confident-users.
My role initially included stakeholders workshop, user testing and analysis, wire-framing and rapid prototyping (using POP). I then began to design the interface. With simplicity in mind, I ensured the screens are intuitive and pleasant to use. The result is a pixel-perfect design that is ever so easy to use.
The project took ‘only’ 39 days of labour and dedication, with exemplary team collaboration. The app is days away from materialising into a product on iTunes, Google Play and as a mobile-optimised Corner.
It is the first step in creative a mobile-first new site for consumers, all about the great British pubs.
The app is no longer supported. Since then I’ve adapted the tool and it is now used by BT Sport on their website and app.
